Welcome to Weirdqueer Archive!
Welcome to weirdqueer Archive! WQA is an archive dedicated to archiving queer identities that aren't typically accepted by society. This mostly consists of what most would know as 'Radqueer identities', even though those aren't a thing, because Radqueer is a movement, not an umbrella term :)
MUDs (Medically Unrecognized Disorders)
(btw, 'fictionfolk identities' refers to the fictional characters or creatures that beings identify as)
FBMS is an MUD where the affected has periodic episodes of desiring and/or mourning a baby, toddler or young child. When the person/s with FBMS is shifted/switched/ect as one or more affected fictionfolk identities, these episodes can occur.
The episodes could be triggered by:
- topics (songs, conversations, ect) about children
- interaction with children
- exomemories about children (negative or not)
These episodes can consist of:
- an intense sadness and/or feelings of mourning and loss
- intensified touch starvation, specifically related to holding or otherwise touching a smaller body
- desire to hold, kiss, or be in physical contact with a baby, toddler or young child.
- phantom sensations of said baby, toddler or young child being in physical contact with the person/s
- exomemories and/or feelings related to what caused the MUD
- phantom sensations of having a pregnant belly, swollen chest, or other signs of pregnancy
FBMS can be caused by:
- a fictionfolk having had a baby/child in their source/canon (or having looked after one)
- a fictionfolk having had a miscarriage, abortion, ect in their source/canon
- shifts/switches/ect of that fictionfolk causing strong parental/maternal instincts or feelings, with no apparent reason as to why
- other child-related disorders or delusions
Note: FBMS episodes, if the fictionfolk had a child or children in source/canon, are usually centered around interactions with that child or children specifically.
